How to Measure Your Foot

Step 1Place a sheet of paper on a hard floor against a wall. Stand on it with your heel lightly touching the wall.
Step 2Mark the tip of your longest toe and the outermost point of your heel. Repeat with the other foot.
Step 3Measure the distance between the marks for both feet, add 0.5 cm for room, then match it to the chart.

For the most accurate result, measure your feet at the end of the day when they are naturally slightly swollen. If your two feet differ, use the longer foot when reading the chart.
